What are The 5 Levels of the Modern Insurance Agency? 
Here’s the story. Many years ago, as the leader of The Quantum Club Coaching Program, thousands of agents & brokers looked to me for guidance. Many of the the concepts, systems and tools I created have gone on to become ‘industry standard’ – trained by former students and clients of mine all over North America. 
But, in the early 2000’s, I knew things were changing. Quickly. And, the industry was uneasy.
   New technologies, driven by the internet, were changing customer behavior. Dramatically. The balance of power shifted to the consumer. Radically. Agents absolutely needed (and, still need) to learn to identify the Ideal Customer. And, deliver extraordinary value.
   Competing channels were carving out clear segments of market share. The direct channel exploded in growth. They spent billions on advertising. And, they figured out quickly who their Ideal Customers were. And, what they need to say and do to win them. 
   Insurtech and emerging technologies rose up to threaten the agency channel. Billions and billions got spent on this emerging mash-up of insurance and technology. Some start-ups thought they had a better idea. Others decided to work with the existing industry models. Either way, the pace of change sped up again. And, agents sought to make some sense out of a rapidly changing world.
